Surgery Remove Everything

Updated for unstable V1.6 Version. Happy surgeries :D
Just added the note that it's compatible with Version 1.5 as everything works as intended. :)

This mod let's you remove all bodyparts/organs without making them harvestable.
I thought other mods had balancing issues with vanilla Rimworld.
Bodyparts/Organs are now removable that were otherwise only removable when they inflicted pain or
with some trickery. (for example by installing peg legs and then removing them. - or having a low skilled doc intentionally fail the surgery.)

Now you can remove the eyes and legs of someone without any preconditions or trickery!

The following organs / body parts can now be surgically removed (Health tab -> add bill):
- Arms
- Legs
- Eyes
- Ears
- Nose
- Jaw
- Tounge ( was already possible in vanilla / unmodded Rimworld)
- Hands
- Foot
- Stomach
- Spine (Thanks for the suggestion of "FrozenSnowFox")

These Body parts are not harvestable! They are purely cut off, as intended by vanilla Rimworld.
(of course you can still harvest the usual Organs: liver, heart or kidneys - no changes there)

This makes a Prisoner or Slave really much more incapable, if they are missing alot of body parts.

How the mod works:
The mod just patches the Defs and adds two lines to every removable body part / organ Def:
The lines are:
<forceAlwaysRemovable>true</forceAlwaysRemovable> // makes it removable without preconditions / like the tounge.
<removeRecipeLabelOverride>remove</removeRecipeLabelOverride> //makes it read remove instead of harvest
