Storm of Blades for all Wardancers/singers

Adds storm of blades to both wardancers variants and blade singers, as I think its a pretty signature aspect of this class of units.

And nothing is wrong with adding more balanced complexity enabling more creative strategies.
Another reason is that wardancers and blade singers don't exactly kill as fast as they thematically should, thus this should help if you use them in a very Eldar way, hit and running by keeping engagements short and not getting bogged down because you kill faster and so does the enemy.

Due to the base game fatigue values damage dealers will always underperform compared to defensive melee units so you might want this addition mod to make wardancers or blade singers fun, or at least fairly balanced:
