This is a remodeled version of the old tattoo shop, because the old one was filled with minor mistakes.so please unsubscribe to the link in the description.

That model is based on a true building at 1188 C,Glenwood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30316, United States. If anyone got a tattoo their please let me know in the comments. The building doesn't require any DLCs, it's just your regular commercial 2*4 building. Unlike the previous model, all the grafitis in the building in built in the model texture itself.In other words no need to subscribe to any of the grifitis,unless you need to add more customization to the wall.
Main Model tris = 608
LOD tris = 400
All the screenshots are captured with Relight Mod Cool LUT,and Daylight Classic Mod
If you are unhappy with any of the listed items use BOB to replace them.

Nice collection, but the textures on this building are off. Particularly the back panel on the right side. I can live with the brick work not aligned on some panels, but that texture is set low, and the illumination comes through a crack at the top. Appreciate the effort but just can't use this one with that noticeable light peeking through the joint at the top.

I'm loving these Little Five Points models. Crystal Blue and The Vortex are two other cool buildings in that same area.

yeah i do but i did custom make it for my save to fill a 2*4 area, then after i took the screenshot, and found that 13 workers work there,i realized that i made a tattoo factory not a shop,lol.
