又出现了新的BUG，现在魔屏和法抗会在所有军队身上无限叠加导致后期可以堆出上万魔屏

shield barrier only work on herdstone region and giving it to enemy

if it's possible, only thing i could think to make the mod better is to add some sort of garrison with the new herdstone structures so that theyre as good as the other ones.
