Weight reduction for Propane Tank

Mod simple y sencillo que va a reducir ligeramente un poco el peso de la bombona de gas al estar lleno y vacío.
Simple and simple mod that will slightly reduce the weight of the propane tank when it is full and empty.

Motivo por el que lo hice: El soplete fue reducido su capacidad de uso (10), llevando a esto que al desmantelar un auto (10/10) solo sería un soplete por auto, y para no estar cargando con muchos sopletes, ahora podemos cargar con al menos una bombona de gas y así evitar la sobrecarga de tantos sopletes encima.
Reason why I did it: The torch was reduced in its usability (10), leading to this that when dismantling a car (10/10) it would only be one torch per car, and in order not to be carrying many torches, now we can carry at least one tank of propane and thus avoid overloading with so many torches on top.

*-Peso al estar lleno -/- Weight when full: 5
*-Peso al estar vacío -/- Weight when empty: 2.5

No debe haber conflicto alguno con otros mod que usen el tanque, de la manera que lo hice solo se ajusta el peso, para así ayudar a una mejor compatibilidad.
There shouldn't be any conflict with other mods that use the tank, the way I did it only adjusts the weight, to help better compatibility.

-Solo funciona con las que se han encontrado luego de activado el mod, las ya encontrados o vistas, es posible no obtengan el efecto de reducción de peso.
-It only works with the ones that have been found after the mod is activated, the ones already found or seen, it is possible that they do not get the weight reduction effect.
