down air being a spike ball is fine, however personally it would be nicer if the cooldown was a little shorter, or if it was the old gust like before (or just something similar with a different animation)
up special is a decent edgeguard, especially against predictable recoveries, however as a recovery move itself it would use a little buffing, and by a little buffing, i dont mean super armor or changing it back or knockback or anything, i mean giving its ammo either recharge on hit, recharge on walljump (preferably), or recharge on landing, because as he stands right now he is the most easily edgeguarded character of all the balanced mods ive seen, losing a stock to so much as a single jab while he is offstage after attempting to recover, as well as having trouble doing a recovery without being guarded in the first place due to the fact he simply doesnt get enough height or distance sometimes.
