RL: Executions Mutator

Version0.9:
This mutator adds the ability for you to execute bots with your trusty melee weapon. It checks if you have a melee weapon in your inventory and uses it (not all weapons are compatible though) if no melee weapon is found the mutator will fallback on a default correctly working knife included in the modpack.

Version1.0:
The ability to alter the keybind has been added you can now assigne your own keybind to fit your playstyle. By default it will use F.

Version1.2:
Added sound effects, added blood splatter. Fixed bug with explosion death disabling you entirely (not sure if fixed but should be fixed)
Let me know if anything broke or is still broken, or if you want an optional blood splatter.

Version1.3:
Added extra keybinds and added cooldown time, configurable. again let me know if anything broke, feel free to let me know in the comments!

-NOT ALL WEAPONS WORK WITH THIS! SOME MIGHT EVEN BUG OUT! TEST AT YOUR OWN VOLITION.
