The 10 year anniversary of Black Ops 2 is here.  To celebrate, I made a 'black ops 2' style custom map.  The setting is a cold windy military research base that's rusting away due to years of neglect from the harsh conditions found on Mars.  From secret radios, to environmental storytelling, to a full blown Easter Egg.  Uncover the secrets of the Shadowman, and link the bridge from Black Ops 2 to Black Ops 3 and even some hints to the Black Ops 4 storyline.

STORY: Alex Mason's team unleashed the Shadowman from the prison that the US government had built for him in Vietnam using the key given to them by a paradoxical crossover. Now that he's free he begins to exact his vengeance in several ways. Firstly he begins by using his power to unleash the undead on the same government agents on the Martian base that imprisoned him. Secondly he ties up loose ends by punishing the Victis crew for helping Maxis take control of the aether. He does this by teleporting them to the Martian base and locking them in a temporal loop to atone for their sins, the same way he did to the prisoners on Alcatraz Island. The Shadowman seeks to use them to acquire and hand over the most powerful artifact in the universe which is locked away on the base.
