Coagulate Renamer

描述
Changes the name of the Coagulate ability. Because I can read a dictionary.

The ability otherwise works identical to base BioTech Coagulate. Just has a better name.

Because this mod solely edits the names, any other changes to the ability or gene shouldn't be affected.

This is like what I imagine tynan does when he wants to name something. He finds the most wordy sci-fi way to describe something that could have a normal name.

I like this, it sounds more descriptive than the vanilla name since the ability tends *all* wounds using the caster's hemogen, not just bleeding ones.
