Love it!
(also to answer the other two: This is the livery Flair used from 2015-2018. The one before that was black, grey, and gold, and their current one is black, mint green, and purple (purple only on the 737 max 8s).

The reference picture I have is the color I use. You probably see most of what you mentioned but that is probably not the only livery they have.

Flair aircraft are black and green though. Except that one Max 8 that is mostly white with a black tail
