Credit Transfer 1.2

Compatible with the current latest version of the game (v1.15) as of the 28. January 2023.

Adds a "transfer panel" a bit below your spawn point. You can select how many credits to transfer (100, 500, 1000, 5000, 10000) and send them to any of your allies


Changelog (v1.2.1)
- Added one line of code to the transfer panel building, so it cannot be targeted anymore (and thus cannot be reclaimed by mistake!)


For modders:
- If you want to implement this into your mod (with your custom resources), then please open up "donator.ini" (preferably in an editor where comments (#) have good visibility) from this mod's files and the comments (#) in that file should explain everything.

- AIs sending resources works only for credits (because AIs cannot switch between resources themselves)
