I can't believe it, for the first time in over a decade Sonic Team made a good game, it's been Generations since we had a good 3D Sonic game (Literally), after a decade of SEGA screwing up in various impressive ways including screwing up easy successes as simple as Sonic Orgins and Sonic Colors Ultimate to an absurdly broken extent, we've finally reached the light at the end of the tunnel, the first good game in the series since Mania, and it's genuinely great aside from some underwhelming flaws such as janky physics and pretty bad pop in.
This game just keeps growing on me the more I play it, and I hear it just keeps heading upwards in quality as the game goes on.
The GIGANTO Boss Fight is genuinely fantastic, I can't wait to reach the other Titans and see just how Badass their battles are, honestly GIGANTO is a Super Sonic battle that's probably better than any of the ones before it in the series, tops the Biolizard for me, can't wait to see how the game tops this with the later bosses.
It's time for a Sonic Team redemption arc it seems.
