rp_downtown_tits_v2 (Map + AI Nodes / Navmesh)
NOTE: I havce had to compile the original tits v2 map again for it to fully work and will include it in the next update the only edits was adding the nodes the vmf is included below and the original map can be found Here

DarkX5 Just tried and tested with multiple next bots and DRGBase NPCs working perfectly.

FUN FACT: The title lied about there being nav mesh, if you spawn a DrGBase NPC in any location, it will say there is no navmesh, that or the map is outdated af

I might rework the original tits map and clean it up and maybe add buildings using the same style and keeping it looking run down and improving optimization. I can add more buildings to it but my only concern is tits is already a very full map so with hammer you have a brush limit so can't add too much new stuff... maybe a list of buildings from my modern one to implement into this ?

Are you planning on adding Some Unique New buildings to tits? For example in the Modern map you have it has that horse racing building and Casino building Can those be ported over to this version?
