These Mass Effect inspired advisors - each including over 130 lines of custom voice over recorded just for ME:Beyond the Advisors - are ready to conquer, stabilize and tax the galaxy right alongside you. Just load up your favorite compatible mods and select your desired advisor in the Empire Creation menu.

That’s it, then you are ready to play alongside our stunning cast of voice talent - including the man himself, Mark Meer!

ME:Beyond the Advisors currently contains 13 fully voiced advisors, each advisor having at least 130 voiced notifications [The highest line count of all vanilla advisors is 110!]. As it stands, this means that ME:BtA has a total of 1,799 adviser lines compared to vanilla’s 854, and we are just getting started!

But enough bragging. These are the advisors you’ll be getting in the current release of ME:BtA;



The following is a list of currently planned advisors - this list may expand as the needs of the ME:BtR Main Mod develop.

  • Lystheni Order [Salarian Alternate]
  • Omega
  • Rachni
  • And Possibly More!



ME:Beyond the Advisors is not compatible with future releases of ME:Beyond the Relays. This is because ME:BtA will be packaged in with ME:BtR 1.0, and thus it is not required to experience the new advisors when playing ME:BtR. As far as we know, ME:BtA should be compatible with most other mods you could possibly load it with. If this changes significantly, we will be sure to update it here.

@VeWolf That is a fair opinion - a lot of BtR is going for an ME1 vibe, but I have kicked around doing additional voices down the line just to round everything out. A more mature Quarian is for sure in the cards if I ever get to that point in the project.

Also, yes! This mod should always work in any update, they'd have to make some pretty drastic changes to advisors for it to break.

The work done for this mod is amazing, but i just wanna voice a gripe i have. It kind of sucks that the direction for the quarian lines kinda infantilizes them. I get the inspiration is me1 Tali and the fish out of water appeal of a quarian in pilgrimage, but i feel that doesnt really represent their people as a personality for the advisor. I feel like a better inspiration wouldve been admiral Raan or Daro'xen or me3 Tali if its to be a voice to speak for their people.

but otherwise, great mod! works in 4.1.7

It still works in 4.1. And to my surprise , the voices are particularly faithful to the original characters. :HelmetS:

I tested it and yep, using it as standalone in 4.0 works! Which is great, now I can listen to turian daddy growling in my ear <3

@Dan.llama what Maul said - and also, DO NOT use this with BTR.

We already integrate the advisors into the overhaul and there is a chance that using both at the same time might cause an issue.

This is so cool! Does this only work with the ME Beyond the Relays overhaul mod? Or could I use it in the base game too
