I tried to make a legitimate dinosaur-related mod, but I got this instead. It turns out that putting humanoid rig on non-humanoid creatures is diffiicult. Also, it turns out that when you have monotonous textures for common infected, the source engine tries to generate variety out of them, causing them to have this colored glow.

Velociraptors replace common infected, but they glow in the dark. Most will be scaly, which isn't paleoaccurate. Just pretend that they're the ones from the Triassic period.

The velociraptor model is made by pistachio from OpenGameArt

It's a good start, seems that only the arms are rather scewed but you have a good thing going with the rest of the body. Maybe if you dive into making some uncommon infected, you think you could use models from other games like Carnivores?
