Okay if anyone is having issues with the faces: If you use the advanced bone tool select the Eyebrows and fiddle around with them and you'll make the face normal same would apply to the upper lips if they are weird as well. Also as for the sanitation dudes legs looking strange you should use the sub material tool and make one of the lower body parts invisible it'll make the sanitation crew look normal and not have any clips hope this helps everyone.

thankfully there is a mod called ceda charger and ceda hunter l4d1 which both included fully texture ceda agent, so basically all he have to do is to changed the name of the vtf and also make vmt for the ceda agent

as in the l4d1and yellow variants of the ceda ci
