Apple Maps Nav Module: Dark Mode (default BG)

🚗 A fresh and clean Apple-style navigation look in Dark Mode with a default Apple Maps background color!

This is a Module for the Apple Maps Navigation (Base) and requires the Base Mod to function properly.
It changes the GPS and map colors to match the Apple Maps Dark Mode aesthetic, complete with the default map background.



✅ Features

🏴 Apple-style GPS & map colors in DarkMode
🗺️ default background (just like on your iPhone)
🧩 Modular design – built for maximum compatibility with other map mods and great flexibility for different visual preferences

📦 Load Order (Mod Manager)

  1. 🧩 Apple Maps Nav Module: Dark Mode (default BG) ← this mod
  2. 🗺️ Map Background (if used)
  3. 📦 Apple Maps Navigation (Base)
  4. 🌎 Any map mod (if used)

⚠️ Compatibility

✅ Works with ETS2 1.54 and future versions - no updates needed
✅ Compatible with all official map DLCs
✅ Optional for convoy mode
⚠️ May not work with map mods - see compatibility notes of base mod
❌ Not supported in TruckersMP

You need to use a compatible map background when playing with ProMods. If you still have issues, it’s caused by the background itself. My mods don’t change the default map screen borders – that only happens through the background mods.

Ja Mods sind so angeordnet wie du es vorgeben hast. Haben aber festgestellt, das nur der DarkNight nicht mit den Backgrounds von DWOL`S funktoniert.

Und die Mods sind in der Prio über anderen Mods die Änderungen an der Map, am Navi oder den Cockpits vornehmen?

Auf der Fullscreen-Map sollten die Straßen ohnehin die normalen Farben haben. Sieht es im Truck auch so aus?
