You mixed up the flags and put the Ichkerian flag instead of the Kadyrov flag. Both supporters of Ichkeria (on the side of Ukraine) and Kadyrovites (on the side of Russia) are fighting in Ukraine. And their flags are different and essentially hostile to each other.

The flag of the Kadyrovites looks like this (can see it in the RHS AFRF):
