Ensure that modded textures are at the last part of your load order, and that you have no other conflicting texture mods enabled that touch zeds. That's what works for me, not sure of specific mod incompatabilities.

Favorite Retexture, but I got a problem tho. Everytime the zeds get close to me like 3mts away their textures revert back to the normal ones. I know it isn't this mod's issue, just wondering if anyone has a solution?

what if you made them wear a little tree branch coming out of their head sort of like Harold from fallout I believe their was a mod called project fungi that did it
