Precision Ruler - 1 Metre

This mod adds a 1:1 scaled metre ruler that can be used to transfer real life measurements into Rolling Line, handy for things like recreating your actual model railway layout.

The ruler colour can be changed to make it easier to see when multiple are snapped together over a long distance.

The way I got this measurement was by placing a tape measure on the ground and setting my VR controllers to exactly 2 metres (as far as I could get them apart in the room). I then made a 2 metre long stick in blender and imported it into the game. Using trial and error, I kept changing the scale at which blender would export the .obj file. After quite a few attempts, I found the scale factor of 2.017 to be a match.

So if you are making something in blender and want to have it the correct size in Rolling Line (in large view, not miniature) make the object in metres in blender, then export it with the scale set to 2.017
