Latam - Simple Urban Houses

INTRODUCTION

Hello guys,

This is the first of several uploads that I'm planning for the next weeks focused on bringing a more "Latin American" vibe into the game.
This set consists of 4 housing blocks (2 for corner, 2 non-corner - each with 2 additional skins) made up of simple, poor, single family homes that are just so characteristic of medium and big urban centers in the region.
The style is a "generic" approach at a mix of houses that I've seen in several countries, mainly from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Dominican Republic.

I don't have time to make new models, so I have used the in-game editor with custom asses, so please have those restraints in mind.

OVERVIEW

As stated, those represent the most simple and common form of single family houses in urban areas in the region. Generally speaking those houses are not part of any social housing projects, they are privately built homes usually with some form of subsidy/allowance or support from government agencies.
In that sense they are cheap to build but don't offer much in terms of quality of flats. This approach should ensure that players still prioritize social housing, that altough more expensive on one hand, in the other have a better cost vs space/quality ratio.
Also, while they provide housing for a moderate number of workers, they are not dense enough to cover bigger demands for workfoce.
