You can't run...
My version of the ANGRY MUNCI nextbot/sanic clone
Features
  • Extremely fast (change with npc_spookymunci_max_speed)
  • Large attack distance (change with npc_spookymunci_attack_distance)
  • Jumpscare overlay when killed (disable/enable with npc_spookymunci_jumpscare_enabled)
Known issues
  • Randomly teleports to a point on the map possibly due to the "unstuck" feature in the original addon
  • Stops moving after killing a player

I recommend installing an addon that removes the red overlay which appears when dying.
Otherwise, the jumpscare overlay is going to look really red!

The nextbot is really good but everytime he kills you once or twice he doesnt move at all

No, it shouldn't be 'a lot'. Though this is based on the assumption that you have good storage ( around 300-500 GB free ). For comparison, the average nextbot is around 600 KB-4 MB.

I have no idea if you have any other NPC addons installed, but if you do, it's likely that one of them is larger than this one.
