[BNW] Fallout Civs - The Fiends

This mod adds the Fiends, from Fallout: New Vegas, to the game as a playable civilization! This Halloween, run amok on your haughty-taughty 'civilized' neighbors and menace their caravans, so that they may revel in the sight of their own blood. I realized that out of all my Fallout civs, I had no proper Raider types that embodied the savagery of the setting, so Motor-Runner's here to change that. Oh, and the Fiends using the razed city/barbarian city artstyle isn't a bug, it's a feature. I mean, if any civ would, it'd be the Fiends, right?

Requires Brave New World.

The Fiends - Motor-Runner

Scourge Of The Mojave: Melee units may enter enemy territory without Open Borders and pillage Trade Routes without declaring War, but risk becoming Barbarians while in enemy lands. Land units cost 25% less maintenance.

Flamer: Unique Machine Gun for the Fiends. Is a Melee unit instead of a Ranged unit, but receives a substantial Combat Bonus against other Melee/Gunpowder units, and possesses the Terrifying Enemy promotion, reducing the strength of adjacent enemy units. Pays no movement cost to pillage.

Sign Barricade: Unique Walls for The Fiends. Constructed faster in conquered cities, and friendly units on Forts or Citadels within city range gain an additional Ranged Defense bonus.

Includes mod support for Fallout Religions, Post-Apocalyptic Soundtrack, UCI, Cultural Diversity, and JFDLC.
