Rimworld Mod to allow any custom UI Scale you like, over the 9 provided in the base game.
Simply open up the mod settings, type in a custom size and away you go.

Note that if you manage to do something weird like make the UI so small you can't see it, simply deleting the config file from:

%appdata%\..\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config` will reset it.

I cant think for the world, why the devs of rimworld decided that the mod window should be a 400x400 tiny window like a mobile phone app size. And that it doesn't change if i run the game at 1440p on a 27" monitor. I can't even read the names of my mods properly.

Thanks so much for this! I play on the Steam Deck, and especially with mods, not everything is set up to fit comfortably on a 7" screen -- just going to 0.9 scale makes a huge difference!
