描述


Copy of Medical Clinic from Simcity 4 that was recreated pixel by pixel. I try to stick to the original model as much as possible and I hope did well. :)

The building has custom props to avoid some of the ugly vanilla ones and add more details, but you can use this asset without them, it doesn't really affect the look.


The building have the same stats as the vanilla Medical Clinic.
Size: 2x4


Main model: 1,294 tris and 1024x512 texture.
LOD: 136 tris and 64x64 texture.

Not sure if its my mods or something but placing this building causes everything nearby to begin flickering if i zoom out a little bit, if i zoom out further then it stops.

Might have a LOD bug
