[Biotech] Kids - More Vanilla Clothing WIP

An expansion on vanilla clothing for children. WIP, currently includes child variants for plate armor, flak pants, flak vest, and flak jacket. Does not include Ideology style variants.

Child variants are slightly cheaper material-wise to produce, and don't slow kids down quite as much as adult variants. Also patches tribalwear, war mask, and psychic foil to be wearable by both children and adults.

Requires Biotech. If Kid Tribalwear is installed, includes patch to make the kid tribalwear variant more temperature insulating to provide gameplay reasons for both.

Will you do/add X?
I tend to only make mods for myself, so we'll see. There are some changes I do not know how to do, do not want to do, do not have time to do, or simply exist elsewhere.
Future plans?
Include variants of the remaining vanilla items, patch additional clothing to be wearable by both adults and children where it makes sense, and then move on to some DLC clothing.
Does it include the kid tribalwear or DLC items?
This file does not include dlc items. It currently patches pre-exisiting vanilla tribalwear to be wearable by children so it doesn't conflict with Kid Tribalwear, or risk save game shenanigans. In turn, if you have this mod and Kid Tribalwear installed, then kid tribalwear will not only be cheaper to produce, but patched to be more insulating against cold and heat.
