I won't be adding a new version, but I will show you how to do it.
Open the mod manager in the game, then find FastCrew, right click on it, and open the mod folder. You can find the mod.rules file, open it with notepad, and change the values to what you want.
Finally, turn this mod into your local mod by copying the folder where the fastCrew mod is located to your desktop, and then opening the mod manager in the game. Click on the menu button next to the close button in the upper right corner and select Show Folder --> User Mods
Put the FastCrew mod folder you copied to your desktop into the mods folder you just opened, then you can see two FastCrew mods in the in-game mod manager.
