描述
Beware, Westchester County. The Phantom rides tonight.


Become the specter that haunts the living and enslaves the damned.


Walk amongst the corporeal while existing with the dead.


This costume vaguely inspired by the Legend of Sleepy Hollow was made for A Hat in Time's official discord Halloween modding jam 2022.


Huge thank you to Habijob for help with part of the model and materials and Crash for helping with getting the expressions set up and attaching the particles and Umi for most of the amazing screenshots on the page!

while the recent update removed most of the debug text there is still one debug message consisting of "equip true" when someone equips the costume
