Anchor Steam Beer(real recipe)

This is the actual recipe used by anchor brewing for the anchor steam beer, the original california common, this was given to me by the brewmaster who gave me his handwritten copy of the brew logs as well as tips for brewing said beer.

This beer is primed after fermentation by sealing it in a tank or keg and adding fresh wort to the beer which will then ferment and carbonate the beer this step is essential to brewing this beer correctly.
