A small mod that is intended to make refusing a call to war more punishing!

Available
- “Oathbreaker” Trait
> Assigned upon declining a defensive call to arms by your alliance [Also works for AI]
- “Former Oathbreaker” Trait
> Once you get the “Oathbreaker” Trait a decision will appear where you can ask for forgiveness, the result being you losing the “Oathbreaker” Trait and gaining the “Former Oathbreaker” Trait
- "the Oathbreaker" nickname

@juliendesprairies Les négatifs viennent de la rupture du serment, pas de sa prise. Si vous rompez un serment que vous avez fait devant vos dieux, cela a évidemment un effet négatif sur votre piété. Quant au prestige, cela souffre évidemment aussi parce que tout le monde vous considère comme indigne de confiance.

si je peux comprendre que faire un serment peut avoir un impact négatif sur la diplomatie, je ne comprend pas pourquoi le prestige et la piété souffre d'un malus...
ce devrait être plutôt le contraire non?

But maybe it's hard coded I never tried to mod this field. An other idea I had it's easier and maybe everyone wants it. Just make the struggle call to war with money avalaible for all culture.
