You can now play Gmod as everyone's favorite eediot manx cat, Stimpy.

Includes a player model, 2 NPCs, viewmodel arms, and sound.

The original model can be found on the models resource. I give full credit to the ripper and nickelodeon.

There's the 3D movie maker one, but that's pretty much it, you could probably retexture him and get rid of the noise.
