Queen Anne Duplex 02

This workshop listing has two Queen Anne duplexes. One with red trim and one with the classic white trim. Each has color variations for the siding.

This duplex is inspired by a similar dwelling at 172 Buckingham Street in Springfield MA. These assets would be perfect to serve as rentals in coastal towns, college towns, or cities from the northeast, mid atlantic and midwest.

The two included assets share most of the same textures but have a different diffuse map.

With the color maps the siding on these assets each have four variations and are paintable with the painter mod.
