Edited with Paintnet using various pieces of clip art.
I chose to do Raphael first, because he's my favorite, but if anyone wants me to work on the other turtles, let me know! It definitely won't take me nearly as long as this one, considering most of it will likely just be a paint bucket palette swap on the skin tone and bandanna.
