Monuments Unlocked - Beyond Typus

**Please Note:** Beyond Typus is not currently updated to 1.34.4. The game will still launch and it's playable in many regards, but it is broken in others. For example, clicking the button for the macro builder causes a crash to desktop for me. The mod is working for 1.34.4 and should be fine for 1.33 for those who would like to roll back, just ignore the version warning.

This mod makes it so that anyone can use any of the monuments in the game with Beyond Typus. This mod does not change the monument movement rules however.
The reason I made this mod is I found it frustrating when I would conquer a province for a monument only to find the AI had just finished moving it to their capital.

Features:
Removes the restrictions on building monuments
Removes the restrictions on using monuments
Removes the restrictions on upgrading monuments
