Garrison Unit placement:

Skeleton Archers are in garrisons, walls and settlements, but not port settlements.
Cannons are on port settlements.
The regular trebuchet is linked to the second rank of the Armory.
The magical and poison trebuchet are tied to the higher-tier buildings.
