This is a version of Dried Berries and Meats where you can use dried meats in meals.

More then one person wants this type of dried meat mod, so here you go. ;)

Use this one and not the other one if you want to use dried meats in meals.

Hi there, not sure if you realise but theres an exploit in your mod, it only takes 4 dried meat to make 5, free food forever basically. :steamthumbsup:

Yeah I said it didn't work exactly how everyone wants it to. You will have to adjust the recipes yourself to include or discard different items. So, uncheck dried meat from the dried meats recipe, since dried meat is also raw meat now.......

If anyone else has an idea to make it work without rehydration let me know as my brain doesnt see it, and there has to be one.

seem to work how ever now my pawn use already dry meat to make less dry meat ? ... lol

10-4. So yeah, when you get back into your main game check the food policies to make sure the new food is also able to be consumed. May be off. ;)

Just start a new game and then make dried meats etc and make sure everyone eats them. I bet its a restriction adding the mod after starting the game.

ill have make a new game and test it but you make it you chose :) i just need somthing to help with storing food that wont be a wood burden cuz right now am playing nacked tribal solo start and food can be quite troublesome =/ so this dry meat will help but if we add to many work to make it work =/ might get counter productive but am down to try it ill start a brand new game with this mod as it is right now and see but cant play for a bit ama go sleep soon :( so i gota start with a meal or i just need the mod to be there when i create the game ?

Was thinking about this MOD, and re-hydration could be implemented instead of using the dry meats in foods. Also, we could do the same thing with the berries. And if we did that, we could implement it in the main mod and have no need for this mod. Just thoughts.

Meals can be funny if not there at the beginning of the game. Check food restrictions. You can also start a quick peaceful colony and see if you have the same issue. My guess is you won't.
