my feedback was only gleamed from my thoughts after reading the mod description. regardless, the mod at the very least doesn't seem bad and has a lot of potential. we need more characters that rework or replace core parts of the game like how wanda replaces health with time and a modded character i know called wandering drone replaces hunger with itch. i like that this mod at the very least attempts to replace sanity with a whole new system.

A: Replacing the gem with the iridescent gem would disrupt game progression
B: The iridescent gem already is made into the mooncaller staff, and no gem in this game has 2 staves, so I'm not going to break that rule
C: If you didn't play the mod why are you trying to suggest balance decisions lol

i was more saying that the iridescent gem thematically could replace the new gem this character adds. it'd add more situations where the gem is used and more situations where it's made. i haven't actually played this mod though so you obviously have a better idea on whether the gem fits than i do.

while your criticisms are probably valid on some level I can't help but feel like you don't actually play DST considering the iridescent gem is vastly different in use from every other gem in the game. If the game hasn't changed since I've played, there are a limited (and very small) quantity of iridescent gems per world in the game, so no I don't think the gem from this mod is comparable in any way to the iridescent one, nor do I think replacing the gem from this mod would make the mod work better, in fact, I believe it'd make the mod worse.

That aside, I do think the character could use some tweaks and rebalances, but alas, I'm a college student who works on a webcomic in her free time, so I'm not sure I'll touch this mod any time soon unless a friend of mine magically wants to play this game again

is there much of any interesting stuff with this character beyond having enlightenment instead of sanity?
i think having some sort of actual use for enlightenment would be good. also the new gem doesn't seem necessary considering iridescent gems already exist.

Amazing mod! Just like a original character! As the original characters are gradually being enhanced, wari maybe needs an enhancement.

for those who care, I will definitely update the mod EVENTUALLY, but I'm distracted by other things, since I sort of work on a clock of getting interested in a game way too much > burning myself out > rediscovering the game months and months later

also the next update is expanding on lunar stuff, so even if I were to update soon, I'd want to hold off on it until that update comes out, and probably see what I can work into Wari.

Fits the style of the game amazingly.
