The Auto Miner Faction Hub is the perfect companion for your factions auto miner needs. It is very similar to my Auto Miner Teleport Base, but with one key change. There is a long walkway extending off one side of the base.

This hallway allows your faction to place up to 9 auto miners around the outside of it, 3 on each side & 3 on the end. When placed properly, all miners can be accessed from the inside of the base.

When using this base, leave a healthy supply of fuel in the included 640k container controller. I usually leave enough to last one full week of refueling, which is several hundred per auto miner maintained. Each time you teleport, connect to the included container controller, deposit the ore into that controller, and refuel the auto miner. Then, teleport to your next hub. Each miner can be tended to in literally seconds! When placed correctly, you should be able to access up to 9 miners through the hallway!

This base includes:
- 24 Solar Panels & 4 Solar Capacitors
- 16 Sentry Guns
- 640k Container Controller (Reforged Eden) / 320k Container Controller (Vanilla)
- Compact Shield Generator & Pentaxid Tank
- 2 Ammo Boxes
- Auto Miner Access Window
- Oxygen Tanks & Ventilator
- Large Generator & 2 Fuel Tanks (backup power source if no sun)

Works on vanilla Empyrion & Reforged Eden.

If you use this base in a location with no sun, or insufficient solar power, I do have a tip. The base itself does not need power to teleport to it. Simply carry with you a stack of small promethium packs, maybe 30, and add 1 to each teleport base upon arrival. That will provide enough power to allow you to teleport out, but limit the fuel cost of teleporting.

Sounds like a game bug. Sorry I can’t troubleshoot that.

Howdy, I am playing GS and tried to spawn on a planet and received the same error as dranor9. I tried moving moving a couple hundred meters away. I moved my ship away a few hundred meters, tried the PageUp/PageDown buttons and it just would not drop.

That’s a server setting, preventing you. Not all servers use that setting.

It tells me I am too close to a resource to spawn a blueprint.

Page Down key lowers into the ground

I tried to spawn the blueprint on a creative server but the base does not "enter" the ground .... it stays above the ground.
how do you "plant" the base in the ground?

I was not aware of this mechanic. So it is targeted for multiplayer only.

Yeah, that’s why it’s called a “faction hub”. Each person can place their own miner. There is no limit on how many miners can be in one deposit. The only limit is that each person can only place 1.

You can not place more than one autominer over an ore deposit.
