描述
Gunther, formerly known as WALTER, is an Austrian pro wrestler who became a favorite on the independent and European wrestling scenes before signing with WWE in 2019.

As a member of the NXT UK roster, he held the brand's top title for over two years before losing to Ilja Dragunov and moving to the US to briefly join NXT.

The former leader of Ringkampf is known as the Ring General. He has led Imperium in NXT UK, NXT, and on the WWE main roster.

Gunther made his Smackdown debut in April 2022 alongside Ludwig Kaiser. A few months later, he became the WWE Intercontinental Champion, defeating Shinsuke Nakamura.

Austria isn't an option, unfortunately. Best alternative seemed like Germany so he ends up in the right region as a free agent in Fire Promoter. I'll use Parts Unknown a lot when home countries aren't available as options, but being European is so central to his character and it would be odd seeing Gunther end up as a Latin American free agent.

Been a few month since I downloaded Gunther, but in game he is billed from Germany rather than Austria. Not sure if that is a mistake or the game doesn't have Austria as an option!
