i play as the USSR and when lithuania joins the allies they quickly die and makes me cannot annex all baltic states
So, if as Germany you capture either Bialystok or Lublin (or both) AND the Soviets have not captured any of your claims, you're supposed (on historical, it's guaranteed) to get an event named "The Soviet Union Wishes to Renegotiate the Territorial Clauses of the Pact". This event gives you the option to either keep Bialystok/Lublin in exchange for the Soviets getting Lithuania, or to hand over their claims.
Now, the thing is that if you ended up capturing both Bialystok and Lublin, then you can either keep them both or transfer them both, but no middle ground where you hand over one and keep the other, or something.
So yeah, but I mean, what you describe is not really a bad thing, is it? In addition to Lublin, you also got Bialystok for free!
