描述
The Universal Peace Enforcement Organization is an international peacekeeping organization under the Neo United Nations. UPEO maintains the Special Armed Response Force when military intervention is required for peacekeeping duties, as well as the Euro-Asia Public Network for neutral, continent-wide broadcasting.

Adds Ace Combat 3 - UPEO themed skins to all units and the carrier

Notice:
The turret base on surface vehicles (the square under the turret) is in the respective team color for any other team than the first. This is due to the game applying the color directly to the texture without a paint mask.

No, that is not possible, as all teams use the same texture overlaid with different colors. This mod changes these textures and removes the color overlay.

Would it be possible to have the UPEO skin only apply to team 1? I absolutely love the skin, having grown up with AC3, myself, but it does feel a bit odd to have enemies be UPEO as well.
