For anyone who comes along later and thinks they might be smart enough to troubleshoot the problems people are mentioning below, like I did: give up now. This pack literally only contains the updated sprites for Miriam. There is no priority/load order issue, the other textures are not being overwritten, they just don't exist. Given that Miriam is the only one present in the icon, I'm half inclined to believe this was on purpose. Without an update containing the rest of the sprites (which seems a tad unlikely given the last update was almost 2 years ago), Miriam is the only character that this mod will change.

It looks like this currently only changes Miriam. I guess the other characters are a work in progress?
