Indeed I vaguely remember it was student dorm, I would have loved to model the university as well, it has a great style, but it's not well visible on google and yandex iirc.

But otherwise, I try to think in terms of making things more extended than compact, even if it adds more challenge to setting up functional cities, but it's because I would like my cities in the game to look as much as Soviet cities in their original planning used to.
