"E3 Crawfest Sign" Texture Restoration Standalone

just a small standalone retexture that brings back and restores the crawfest street sign that was poorly textured during development ; considering this a "fix" or "restoration" is up to you.

YES, I made the texture manually , the crawfest sign texture does not exist on the game files

the props uses a "metal low res texture" , however.. when the prop gets hit the prop sounds like "wood" for some reason ; soo taking the E3 trailer as reference , I took the time to make my own version for the sign keeping the same vibes and materials, but still not being 100% exact.

Some other signs are upscaled too, because the street sign texture is combined with other ones in the VTF file...and working on a 512 x 512 texture was not ideal for this because the prop was smaller ; so thats why the VTF file is now upscaled to 2048 x 2048 to avoid low res pixelation.

Bug note: The VTF texture file doesnt have a proper space for the inside of the prop , and instead uses the same texture from outside to inside , thats how it works.....blame VALVE , if someone wants to share a way to fix this , am all ears , because i have no clue.
