No Terrain Tooltips

This mod simply removes the terrain tooltip popups.

I found I didn't need to see them 99% of the time and they just constantly got in my way. This removes them completely.

You can still see all the info by clicking on the map as usual, however, that doesn't work for the ocean. In those cases you can use the naval mapmode to see your range or just turn the mod off and never look at it again :)

That said, this can be very useful for landlocked nations, or those who don't care about the sea all that much.

If you get any visual errors after installing this mod, it's because I can't code to save my life and it's a total botch job. However, I did find and update a mod that fixes these issues. Subscribe to https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2991796472 and place it after the other tooltip mods.
