Adds the Chopper Sword from Miitopia as a new, Heavy-Class weapon.

It spawns all over the world, mostly with the Shek, bandits, and mercs.

This giant sword is made for chopping through just about anything. The blade flares out on both sides, giving it a rounded tip, making it resemble a pendulum guillotine. It weighs more, but can chop through just about anything. And you gotta' give it credit where credit is due, it can chop through just about anything.

Weapon added to weapon lists at value 1 0 0, place at bottom of load list, import to randomize who spawns with it.
(previous list values that exceed a total of 100 will not allow this weapon to spawn, you may need another mod to rectify this.)

Yay more quality weapons! Still having issues with mine. Although i've barely tried. Got some sweet new colorless content tho! xD
