More Lalafell Gear

A quick and dirty patch to add more modded gear support for Lalafell.

This mod currently contains support for: More Medieval Helms, Medieval Overhaul, Kenshi Armory, Vanilla Expanded Apparel, Accessories, Vikings and Medieval, Chinese Cultural Things Expanded, Animal Hoods, Hooded Helms, Thog's Armor, Plate Helmet, BERSERK Raider Captain Helmet, Mud's Tribal Apparel, and Victorian Era Apparel.
If you want to add more, it's quite easy (but time-consuming) to do so - add the defName to the whitelist in patches, and then for body items only you can mirror the Thin body type texture and rename 'Thin' to 'Popoto'. Apparel for other parts of the body don't need extra textures added.

Disclaimer regarding Vanilla Expanded: Since the textures will have to be copied and renamed to be compatible and the VE license doesn't allow redistribution, the textures for the body gear isn't included here. You'll have to add the textures yourself and uncomment the relevant parts of the patch. I'm only able to provide compatibility for accessories, pants, headgear, and other parts because you don't need to supply per body type textures for these.
