AM's University Block Service

This block service was inspired by Naylin's University Block Service. Also check out his full collection of block services here.

I felt the student capacity in his version was too high so I lowered the value to make the block service more flexible for builds. Placing more blocks within different buildings on a campus made for a more interesting way to build universities in the game.

I also added proportional cost, garbage, etc... because services should come with costs 😉. And job titles as an added bonus. All other stats are the same as the Vanilla University. I'm open to changing up these values so feel free to leave suggestions in the comments.
