SEVEN: THE MINISTER

It is obvious to all but the most delusional believers that the administration is disintegrating rapidly. The incursion by terrorists into the capital shattered what little faith the populace still held in their elected officials. A growing number of sitting ministers have gathered around the former Minister of Defence who have emerged as the oppositions strong man after fleeing the capital. Most have made the wise choice to join their new leader in the countryside, todays target did not prove to be that wise. Utba Mahmoud is the sitting Minister of Agriculture, after the refusal to release "The Financier" he expressed support of the opposition and quickly went into hiding with his family. Unfortunately those responsible for his safety decided to use a well known safe house to stash him. Drag him out of there and let the administration make a spectacle of his execution. All while you keep working on your own bug out plan.
