THE PLATFORM

From the niche cult film of the same name from Netflix, this map is an accurate recreation of the Platform complex.

About the map

In this lore-friendly map you'll find the following features:

- cubemaps
- nodes
- 64 levels of decreasing happiness, labelled
- the bottom pit
- dynamic auto fog & lighting conditions, changeable in the dev-room
- the platform itself, which moves from level to level and shoots back up when at the bottom
- random spawn location on any of the 64 levels

I have used liberal inspiration from the previous Platform map on the workshop, which was fantastic and an old favourite of mine. I just felt the lighting and gameplay could have used a bit more attention, so i built my own version from the ground up to support a more modern experience.

Doesn't require anything!

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More- government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died. Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death.
